Today, a customer added me. She said that she just started to do business. She wants to buy 100 pairs of eyelashes and also wants to have her own eyelash packaging.
Then I suggested that she should buy a sample to test, but she said that she want to buy 100 pairs of different types of eyelashes to start her eyelash business. I asked she why not buy sample to test. She said that because the budget is limited, thus she can’t buy samples as this price is high.
After listening to her reasons, I told my customers directly that we are eyelashes for the high-end market.
After the customer listened to my statement, she expressed regret that she knew she started from the low-end market.
I said it doesn’t matter. There are always things that are more important than doing business. It is always a step by step to do business. Later I recommended her to read my blog, hoping that something would be useful to her.
